If you do not agree, do not use the software.
License
Floatbar is sold under a perpetual, single-device license.
Upon purchase, you receive a license key that activates the software on one Windows PC.
- You may install Floatbar on a replacement device if your primary device is retired
- You may not sublicense, resell, or distribute your license key
- You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from Floatbar
Refund policy
All sales are final.
We currently do not offer refunds.
Updates
Your purchase includes updates for the current major version of Floatbar.
Future major versions may require a separate purchase, though existing users may receive discounted upgrade pricing.
Disclaimer of warranties
Floatbar is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every Windows configuration.
Use of the software is at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Floatbar and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the software.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your license.
Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law.
Any disputes shall first attempt to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms periodically.
Continued use of Floatbar after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
