What Floatbar needs to run.

- Operating system
- Windows 10 or Windows 11
- Architecture
- 64-bit (x64). ARM PCs run the x64 build through Windows emulation when enabled.
- Download
- FloatBar-Setup.exe, about 125 MB (NSIS installer, not a portable .exe)
- Disk space
- About 400 MB installed
- Memory
- 4 GB RAM or more recommended; FloatBar itself stays lightweight when idle
- Account / network
- No account and no internet connection required — fully local-first
- Code signing
- Not code-signed yet: SmartScreen shows an “unrecognized app” warning on first run — click More info, then Run anyway.
- Optional features
- Toast-notification capture uses the Windows notification listener; allow notifications for FloatBar in Windows Settings if you enable it.
